With over 30 years of leadership experience in technology, sales, and management, I have in-depth expertise in the international printing industry. As a trained printer and printing technology engineer, I am an expert in all printing processes—digital printing, offset printing, letterpress printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, and gravure printing—and combine technical understanding with entrepreneurial responsibility.

In management positions at global market leaders Heidelberg, Koenig & Bauer, and Manroland, I reported directly to the executive board. During this time, I was responsible for the development and implementation of eight significant innovations in printing press design – in both the conventional and digital segments.

For over a decade, I have been CEO of the world's leading supplier of printing and coating systems for metal packaging. Under my leadership, solutions are created that are considered benchmarks in the packaging industry.
